The agreement
These terms cover your use of oneweeklabs.com and our messaging. Work we do for you as a client is governed by the written proposal or statement of work you accept, which takes precedence over anything here if the two disagree.
What we do
We build software, automations, dashboards, and integrations, typically as fixed-price engagements scoped and delivered inside one week. Free audits are our own assessment of your publicly available website or described workflow. They are opinions offered in good faith, not a guarantee of any particular business result.
Text messages
Program. OneWeek Labs sends customer-care text messages from (508) 501-1703 to people who contact us first — by calling or texting that number, or by asking us to call them.
Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive only a handful of messages in total.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (508) 501-1703 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment
Engagements are quoted as a fixed price in the proposal, with a deposit due to reserve the build week and the balance due on delivery. Deposits reserve capacity and are non-refundable once the build week begins, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Ownership
When you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we built for you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and general know-how, and may describe the work in general terms as a case study unless you ask us not to.
Limits
We provide our work as described in the proposal and cannot promise specific revenue or business outcomes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
