Who we are

What we collect
If you contact us — by form, email, phone, or text — we keep what you send us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and whatever you tell us about your business. If you request a free audit, we also record which pages of your public website we reviewed.
Our site uses privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without cookies and without building a profile of you across other websites.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, prepare the work you asked for, and follow up about that work. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We text only people who contact us first — for example, an automatic reply when we miss your call, or a one-to-one reply from Adam. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business — email delivery, telephony, payment processing, and hosting. They receive only what they need to perform that service and may not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep client project records for the duration of the relationship plus seven years for tax and legal reasons. If you asked us for something and never became a client, tell us and we will delete your information.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will, permanently.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be sent by email.
